- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆For a company that prides themselves on customer service and advertises such on their website, they certainly didn't live up to their own expectations. A few weeks after receiving an initial quote, I e-mailed the agent I had been working looking to amend what I was looking for. He told me he'd do so and get back to me. That never happened; he seemingly disappeared. Despite multiple e-mails and phone calls over the course of another couple weeks, I never heard from him. Then, to make matters worse, after calling the office and seeking some help, the woman I spoke with simply told that he was out of the office that and that they'd send him an e-mail him to call me.
